JinFu Technology Seeks Up to 300 Million Yuan from Private Placement
JinFu Technology (SHE:003018) plans to raise up to 300 million yuan from the sale of about 7.5 million shares to 35 investors through a private placement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The plastic packaging products company plans to use the proceeds for one liquid cooling plate production base and two liquid cooling component expansion projects.
