China Leadshine Technology Forecasts Up to 65% Rise in H1 Profit; Shares Rise 10%
China Leadshine Technology (SHE:002979) expects its attributable profit to jump 55% to 65% to between 184.4 million yuan and 196.3 million yuan in the first half from 118.9 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The motion control products maker expects earnings per share to increase to between 0.58 yuan and 0.62 yuan from 0.38 yuan in the prior-year period.The company attributed the increase to higher orders following a recovery in the downstream intelligent manufacturing automation equipment market environment.Shares surged 10% during afternoon trading on Friday.
