Bank of Suzhou Faces Revived 981-Million-Yuan Loan Dispute
Bank of Suzhou (SHE:002966) said the Inner Mongolia's High Court overturned a lower court ruling that had dismissed a 981.3-million-yuan financial loan contract dispute against the bank, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The plaintiff, Inner Mongolia Rural Commercial Bank's Dongsheng District branch, appealed after the Ordos Intermediate Court rejected its case. The High Court has now instructed the lower court to hear the matter, sending the case back to first instance without a trial date set.Bank of Suzhou is one of the defendants in the case.Shares of the bank closed 1% lower Thursday.
