Fusen Noble-House Industrial Exits 51% Stake in Jiannan
Chengdu Fusen Noble-House Industrial (SHE:002818) approved a targeted capital reduction to exit holding subsidiary Jiannan.Fusenmei will receive 24.2 million yuan in cash consideration based on Jiannan's audited net assets of 47.4 million yuan as of April 30, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The subsidiary posted a net loss of 4.4 million yuan in the first quarter and 2.9 million yuan in 2025.Upon completion, the decorative building materials and home furnishing company's 51% stake will be eliminated, and Jiannan's registered capital will shrink to 15.1 million yuan.Shares of Chengdu Fusen Noble-House Industrial closed 1% lower Thursday.
