Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure (SHE:002743) and its subsidiaries accumulated 328.7 million yuan in overdue debts and unpaid commercial bills due to delayed customer payments and liquidity strain.Most of the overdue amount involved unpaid commercial acceptance bills, while the remainder stemmed from bank and leasing borrowings.The space steel structure manufacturer warned of potential penalties, lawsuits, and asset freezes if the liabilities are not resolved promptly.Shares of Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure closed 1% higher Friday.
