Yixintang Pharmaceutical's Chairman Transfers Stake to Daughters
Yixintang Pharmaceutical's (SHE:002727) chairman and controlling shareholder, Ruan Hongxian, transferred 2% of the company's total shares to his daughters, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.The daughters, Ruan Shengxiang and Ruan Aixiang, will receive 1%, or nearly 5.9 million shares each.After the transaction, Ruan Hongxian's holdings in the company declined to 27.2% from 29.1%.The pharmaceutical company's shares rose less than 2% during the midday trade.
