ORG Technology Invests 100 Million Yuan in Investment Fund
ORG Technology (SHE:002701) subsidiary Hubei ORG Packaging will invest 100 million yuan in a newly established 1-billion-yuan private equity fund alongside CITIC Jinshi Investment, Tsingtao Brewery (SHA:600600, HKG:0168) and China Cultural Industry Investment Fund II.The Qingdao Jinshi Culture & Technology Investment Fund will focus on new consumption, intelligent manufacturing, biotechnology and advanced materials, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.ORG Technology will hold a 10% stake in the fund.
