Tangrenshen to Inject 554 Million Yuan into Three Units
Tangrenshen Group (SHE:002567) will inject 554 million yuan into three units to strengthen their capital base, reduce leverage, and support business development, according to a Tuesday filing.The investment will comprise 240 million yuan into Zhuzhou Meishen Breeding, 217 million yuan into Hunan Tangrenshen Meat Products, and 97 million yuan into Henan Tangrenshen Meat Food.Each new registered capital unit will be subscribed at 1 yuan each, it said.
