Shunho New Materials Gets First Installment of 3.7 Million Yuan From Yuxi Printing Sale; Shares Down 3%
Shanghai Shunho New Materials Science & Technology (SHE:002565) received 3.7 million yuan as the first installment for its sale of 33% equity in Yunnan Yuxi Printing, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.Yunnan Chengluo Enterprise Management bought the stake for a consideration of 74.3 million yuan.The environmental packaging materials manufacturer's shares fell 3% during the afternoon trade.
