Chacha Food Trims Conversion Price of 1.34 Billion Yuan Convertible Bond
Chacha Food (SHE:002557) reduced the conversion price for a convertible bond worth 1.34 billion yuan, according to Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.The conversion price for the Qiaqia Convertible Bond was lowered to 54.95 yuan per share from 55.93 yuan per share.The conversion period was suspended on June 2 and will resume of June 15.
