KSTAR Science and Technology's Controlling Shareholder Trims Stake
Shenzhen KSTAR Science and Technology's (SHE:002518) controlling shareholder, Ningbo KSTAR Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), reduced about 1% of the company's stake, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.The stake comprises over 5.8 million shares, the filing said.After the transaction, KSTAR Venture Capital's stake in the power electronics producer was trimmed to 55.76% from 56.76%.
