STO Express' Convertible Bond Application Accepted by Shenzhen Bourse
STO Express (SHE:002468) said the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has accepted its application for a public issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecific objects, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The proposed bond issuance remains subject to further review by the Shenzhen bourse and approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
