Tongrentang's Cachet Pharmaceutical Takeover Clears Antitrust Review
Cachet Pharmaceutical (SHE:002462) said China's State Administration for Market Regulation has approved Beijing Tongrentang's (SHA:600085) acquisition of a 28.48% stake in the company, clearing the anti-monopoly review.Upon completion, Tongrentang Group will become Cachet Pharmaceutical's controlling shareholder, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The deal involves the transfer of 83.1 million shares from China Everbright Medical and Everbright Industrial.
