Moen Electric Equipment Signs Trade License Deal with Unit
Shanghai Morn Electric Equipment (SHE:002451) signed a trade license agreement with its unit, Moen New Energy Systems (Jiangsu), according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.Moen New Energy will pay a licensing fee equal to 6% of its annual operating revenue to use the company's Class 9 trademark.The license term is from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31.
