Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Tech Seeks Up to 3.9 Billion Yuan From Private Placement
Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Tech (SHE:002436) is looking to raise up to 3.90 billion yuan from the sale of 509.9 million shares to 35 investors in a private placement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The printed circuit board manufacturer looks to use the proceeds to fund its modified semi-additive process manufacturing and integrated circuit packaging substrate projects and for working capital.Shares rose 4% during the close of trading on Wednesday.
