Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Subsidiary to Raise 20 Million Yuan in Additional Capital from Investor
Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture (SHE:002426) subsidiary Anhui Feituo New Material Technology will raise 20 million yuan in additional capital from investor Anhui Jinjiu Xinyan Venture Capital Partnership.Of the amount, 2 million yuan will be allocated to registered capital while 18 million yuan will go to its capital reserve, the automotive parts company said in a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Following the injection, Feituo's capital will rise to 202 million yuan, with the listed company holding 99.0099% and Jinjiu Xinyan holding the remaining 0.9901%.
