Zhejiang Weixing New Building Materials Buys Out Remaining Stake in HVAC Company
Zhejiang Weixing New Building Materials (SHE:002372) bought out the 40% minority stake in Zhejiang Kerui Building Technology from individual investor Huang Xiaodong for 16 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The listed company already holds 60% of Kerui purchased from Huang and Pei Guoping in 2023.Following the purchase of the minority stake, Kerui already completed business registration procedures, the filing said.Kerui is engaged in the heating and air conditioning business.Shares rose 1% during afternoon trading on Wednesday.
