Shenzhen Hemei Buys Energy Station in 36-Million-Yuan Related-Party Deal; Shares Up 10%
Shenzhen Hemei (SHE:002356) third-tier subsidiary Xiwangtun Juneng will acquire the Xiwangtun Integrated Energy Station in Shanxi, China from related-party Pengfei Group for 36.4 million yuan.The station provides liquefied natural gas and hydrogen refueling services, according to a Sunday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the electronics manufacturer rose 10% in recent trade.
