Shanghai Pret Composites Subsidiary Boosts Capital of Energy Storage Unit by 150 Million Yuan
Shanghai Pret Composites (SHE:002324) controlling subsidiary Jiangsu Highstar Battery will increase the capital of its wholly-owned unit, Jiangsu Highstar Energy Storage Technology, by 150 million yuan.The move will raise Energy Storage Technology's registered capital to 750 million yuan to enhance capital strength and operational capacity, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the plastic producer closed 1% lower Thursday.
