Tibet Cheezheng Tibetan Medicine Signs Trademark Cross-License with Controlling Shareholder
Tibet Cheezheng Tibetan Medicine (SHE:002287) unit Tibet Marketing entered a free cross-license agreement for two trademarks with controlling shareholder Gansu Cheezheng Industrial Group.The company will license its Class 3 trademark, covering cosmetics and skincare, to Tibet Marketing, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.In return, Tibet Marketing will license its Class 5 trademark, covering pharmaceutical preparations and medicinal herbs, to the parent and three subsidiaries.Shares of the Tibetan medicine maker closed 1% lower Thursday.
