Shenzhen Sunrise New Energy (SHE:002256) signed a voting agreement with Qinghai Juli, increasing their controlled voting rights in investee Qinghai Jintai Potassium Fertilizer to 63.48% from 51.62%.The company's direct 15.73% equity stake remains unchanged, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The agreement, which gives Shenzhen Sunrise New Energy the power to nominate core executives, aims to improve decision-making efficiency.
