New Journey Health Technology to Raise Up to 1.5 Billion Yuan from Share Issuance
New Journey Health Technology (SHE:002219) is looking to raise up to 1.50 billion yuan from the issuance of 600 million shares to selected investors, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The company will use the amount to fund hospital construction and relocation, medical equipment purchases, and working capital, among others.
