Zhiguang Electric Provides Guarantees for Subsidiaries
Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric (SHE:002169) signed guarantee contracts with banks for its subsidiaries.The guarantees cover loans, letters of guarantee and credit facilities for Zhiguang Energy Storage, Lingnan Cable, Huayue Power and other entities, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the Chinese electric power grid control equipment producer closed 3% lower Monday.
