Hifuture IT's Unit to Sign Trademark Deal With Related Company
Chongqing Hifuture Information Technology's (SHE:002168) unit, Ruien Xincheng (Chongqing) Pharmaceutical, plans to sign a registered trademark license agreement with related party, Zein Biotechnology, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.Zhien Biotechnology will allow Ruien to use its Aili, Sailexi, and Saipeitong trademarks.
