Guangdong Construction Engineering Signs Related-Party Sand, Gravel Sales Contract
Guangdong Construction Engineering (SHE:002060) subsidiary Guangdong Blasting Engineering signed a 15.5-million-yuan sand and gravel product sales contract with related party Qingyuan Yuesheng Green Building Materials Investment.The deal brought cumulative related-party transactions with controlling shareholder Guangdong Construction Holdings and its affiliates to 73.2 million yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the infrastructure construction services provider closed 1% lower Thursday.
