Guizhou Space Appliance Unit Seeks Up to 90 Million Yuan in Capital Increase
Guizhou Space Appliance (SHE:002025) controlling unit Taizhou Hangyu plans to raise up to 90 million yuan through public listing to fund new plant and production line construction for circular connectors, metal package housings and ceramic interconnect products.The company will inject no less than 46 million yuan to maintain its 51% majority stake, with existing shareholders Chang Xu and Dai Weiming contributing 5 million yuan and 3 million yuan, respectively, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the electronic components manufacturer were down 2% in recent trade.
