Guizhou Space Appliance (SHE:002025) completed the repurchase and cancellation of over 1.3 million restricted shares worth 60.9 million yuan, involving 231 incentive recipients.The move follows the company's failure to meet 2025 performance targets, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The share cancellation reduced total share capital to 454 million shares from 455.4 million shares.Shares of the cable manufacturer were down 6% in recent trade.
