Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Boosts Budget for Related-Party Purchases from CECPort
Shenzhen Longsys Electronics (SHE:301308) added a budget of 400 million yuan in related-party raw material purchases from Shenzhen CECport Technologies (SHE:001287) for 2026, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The additional amount raises the cap for daily related-party transactions with Shenzhen CECport Technologies (SHE:001287) to up to 1.25 billion yuan from 850 million yuan.
