YONFER Agricultural Technology Board Waives Right to Adjust Convertible Bond Price
YONFER Agricultural Technology (SHE:000902) directors waived their right to reduce the conversion price of its convertible bonds, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The directors attributed the non-adjustment to confidence in the company's value, among others.The right could be exercisable again in December 2026.The company initially raised 991.2 million yuan from the issuance of 10 million bonds with an initial conversion price of 20.13 yuan apiece in 2021.
