Tianshan Material to Sell Production Capacity Quotas to Qilianshan Cement for 157 Million Yuan
Tianshan Material (SHE:000877) agreed to sell production capacity quotas from seven cement clinker production lines of its subsidiaries to Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group and its units for 156.9 million yuan, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.The quotas, totaling 17,850 tons per day, were listed for sale in December 2025.The company has yet to publicly list the production capacity quota of Sinoma Hanjiang Cement.
