Telling Telecommunication Increases Daily Transactions Budget with JV
Telling Telecommunication (SHE:000829) will increase its budget for daily related-party transactions with joint venture company Beijing Taibao Tianfeng Technology by up to 50 million yuan in 2026, according to a Saturday disclosure to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.Beijing Taibao Tianfeng Technology, a JV between the listed company's subsidiary Shenzhen Tianheng Terminal and Shenzhen Aisidi (SHE:002416) sells optoelectronic and electronic devices.Following the increase, the total allocation for daily related-party transactions for the company is now at 12.6 billion yuan.
