Tus Environmental Loses Controlling Stake in Subsidiary via Judicial Auction
Tus Environmental Science and Technology (SHE:000826) said its 65% stake in Hengyang Kaitian was sold at a judicial auction for 55.3 million yuan to Shandong Zijian Group.The Jinan court-ordered auction will remove the kitchen waste and waste oil recycling company from the company's consolidated financial statements, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the environmental engineering company closed 1% lower Tuesday.
