Caissa Tourism to Apply 100 Million Yuan in Credit
Caissa Tourism Group (SHE:000796), formerly Caissa Tosun Development, plans to apply for a credit facility of 100 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.The credit, which will have a 12-month term, will be applied with China Everbright Bank's (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) Qingdao branch in China.The Chinese tourism company will receive a guarantee of the same amount from its subsidiary, Caissa Easy Food Holdings.
