Yanjing Brewery's H1 Profit Rises 27%, Revenue Climbs 6%
Beijing Yanjing Brewery's (SHE:000729) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half rose 27% to 1.40 billion yuan from 1.10 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.Earnings per share climbed year on year to 0.50 yuan from 0.39 yuan.Operating revenue increased 5.5% to 9.03 billion yuan from 8.56 billion yuan in the previous year.The beverage company's shares dropped 7% at the close.
