Hunan Development to Rent Office Spaces in 52 Million Yuan Deal
Hunan Development (SHE:000722) will rent office spaces from Hunan Coal Group Nengtou Real Estate Development for 10 years, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.The leased area spans 5,655.99 square meters on the eighth and ninth floors of the Xiangmei Building in Changsha, Hunan, China, with a total transaction value of more than 52 million yuan covering rent and property management fees.Hunan Coal Group Nengtou Real Estate Development is a subsidiary of controlling shareholder Hunan Energy Group.
