Guangdong Golden Dragon Development Reaches Preliminary Deal to Sell Shares in Dongguan Securities
Guangdong Golden Dragon Development (SHE:000712) reached a preliminary agreement to sell 300 million shares in Dongguan Securities to Dongguan Investment Holding Capital Investment, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The two parties will continue negotiations regarding the sale, first announced in August. The listed company will also expedite audit and due diligence work for the transaction, it said.
