Zhongshan Public Utilities (SHE:000685) agreed to fully acquire Zhongshan Public Utilities Smart Energy for 408 million yuan.Zhongshan Public Utilities Smart Energy holds 20 photovoltaic projects across industrial, commercial and residential sectors, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Payment will be made in three installments in the order of 122.4 million yuan, 163.2 million yuan and 122.4 million yuan.Shares of the water supply company closed 2% lower Wednesday.
