Chengdu Xingrong Environment Unit Awards 262-Million-Yuan Contract to Related Party Consortium
Chengdu Xingrong Environment (SHE:000598) controlled subsidiary Renewable Resources Company has awarded a 261.8-million-yuan design-construction contract for a waste incineration treatment project through public tender.The winning consortium includes related party Chengdu Environmental Engineering Construction, whose portion of the contract is valued at 184.8 million yuan, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The 2,050-ton-per-day project in Chengdu, China has a 396-day design- construction period.Shares of the water utilities and environmental services company closed 1% lower Monday.
