Luzhou Laojiao Taps Connected Consortium for 345 Million Yuan Marketing Center Project
Luzhou Laojiao (SHE:000568) has selected a consortium involving a related party to build its new liquor marketing center for 345.2 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.The winning consortium includes Luzhou Laojiao Construction and Installation Engineering, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Luzhou Laojiao Development Investment Group.The contract covers the construction of Section II of the marketing center, located in the Longmatan District of Luzhou City, China. The development will span a land area of 33,455 square meters and features a total planned gross floor area of approximately 59,661.20 square meters.
