Tangshan Jidong Cement Raises 1 Billion Yuan on Completion of First Tranche of Commercial Paper Issue
Tangshan Jidong Cement (SHE:000401) has raised 1 billion yuan after the completion of the issuance of its first tranche of 2026 short-term commercial paper, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.The notes, named 26 Jinyu Jidong CP001, carry an interest rate of 1.55% with a one-year maturity period.The securities were issued on Sept. 21 at an issue price of 100 yuan per note, with repayment scheduled for Sept. 21, 2027.
