Sichuan New Energy Power Plans 1 Billion Yuan Nuclear Joint Venture
Sichuan New Energy Power (SHE:000155) agreed to set up a joint venture with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing over the weekend.The venture, Sichuan Energy Nuclear Industry, will be a power generation company, developing nuclear power equipment, civil nuclear safety equipment, and emerging energy technologies.The Chinese power company will invest 520 million yuan into the venture, owning a 52% stake.
