Shanghai Jinqiao Export Processing Zone Development (SHA:600639, SHA:900911) issued medium-term bonds worth 700 million yuan on Aug. 7, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.The bond, the real estate company's second tranche for the year, has a coupon rate of 1.68% and a term of three years.China Minsheng Banking (SHA:600016, HKG:1988) acted as the bookrunner and lead underwriter.
