GK Pretech Files for Shanghai IPO
GK Pretech (SHA:688835) will launch its initial public offering of 25 million shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Aug. 14.Proceeds will be used for research and development and industrialization projects, according to a Thursday prospectus filed on the Shanghai bourse.The shares represent 25% of the company's post-IPO total share capital,Guotai Haitong Securities serves as lead underwriter.GK Pretech specializes in key fluid control components for semiconductor equipment.
