Zhuhai Trinomab Pharmaceutical Files for Shanghai IPO
Zhuhai Trinomab Pharmaceutical (SHA:688806) filed a prospectus for the initial public offering of 69.1 million shares on the Shanghai bourse's STAR Market.Proceeds will be used for new drug research and development, antibody manufacturing expansion and for working capital, according to the Thursday prospectus.The expected offering date is July 10.Huatai United Securities serves as lead underwriter.
