Wintech Nano to Raise 1.03 Billion Yuan Via Share Placement
Wintech Nano (Suzhou) (SHA:688757) plans to raise up to 1.03 billion yuan through a share placement, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The electronics and semiconductor laboratory services company will place up to 120,993,446 shares, or 30% of the company's total shares, to up to 35 investors.Proceeds will be used for the construction of the Qingdao testing and analysis facility, the Suzhou headquarters for testing and analysis and a large-scale model research and development platform for semiconductors.
