Laplace New Energy Technology Seeks Up to 2.2 Billion Yuan from Private Placement
Laplace New Energy Technology (SHA:688726) plans to raise up to 2.20 billion yuan from the sale of 121.6 million shares to 35 investors through a private placement, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The maker of process equipment for photovoltaic cells plans to use the proceeds from the shares placement for high-end photovoltaic and semiconductor equipment, project upgrades, and for working capital, among others.Shares rose 1% during afternoon trading on Monday.
