Kelin Electric to Acquire Additional 42% Stake in Kepler Robotics for 300 Million Yuan
Hangzhou Kelin Electric (SHA:688611) plans to acquire an additional 41.6% in Shanghai Kepler Robotics for 300 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.After the transaction, Kelin's holdings in Kepler will rise to 51% from 9.4%.The company's shares dropped by less than 2% during the afternoon trade.
