Bestechnic Shanghai Receives Up to 100-Million-Yuan Share Buyback Proposal
Bestechnic Shanghai (SHA:688608) received a proposal from the actual controller and chair, Liang Zhang, to buy back between 50 million yuan and 100 million yuan of shares at up to 150 yuan apiece.The repurchase plan is subject to board and shareholder approvals, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the fabless semiconductor company rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
