Sprint Precision Technologies Says 750 Million Yuan Convertible Bond Has Standby Underwritten Amount; Shares Up 3%
Sprint Precision Technologies (SHA:688605) said a portion of the offering of convertible bonds worth 750 million yuan were subject to standby underwriting, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.The standby underwritten amount was approximately 1.7 million yuan, representing 0.22% of the offering. The amount will be transferred to the company, which issued the convertible bond, which will be registered to the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation with the standby underwriting.Huatai United Securities was the lead underwriter for the issuance.The Chinese precision metal parts producer's shares rose 3% during the afternoon trade.
