Wafer Works (Shanghai) Launches Stock Ownership Program
Wafer Works (Shanghai) (SHA:688584) launched a five-year employee stock ownership program, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Directors, senior managers, and other personnel selected by the board will be eligible for the program.The total amount of the program will not exceed 5% of the semiconductor wafer company's pre-tax profit for the year, the filing said.
