Chongqing Xishan Science & Technology (SHA:688576) completed the establishment of a new unit, Chongqing Xinghui Electric Machinery, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.Xinghui Electric Machinery obtained its business license and finished its industrial and commercial registration.The new unit has a registered capital of 20 million yuan and manufactures motors and mechanical parts.The Chinese surgical power device manufacturer's shares jumped 3% at the close.
